I had no idea that Carp was even interested in Ted, but it makes perfect sense now how upset he got after I hooked up with her. Sad!

Thanks for your support. Looking forwards to appearing on the Grillcast!

remember of course, carp is an ex-felon jailed for sex crimes. this explains much of his neurotic anger at "pedos". it is self-resentment = it is a differentiation of identity

https://rdrama.net/search/comments?q=author%3Acarpathianflorist+felon (i'm banned from disc but there he says it is sex)

i mean, when one IS something, IS something they are ashamed of, they fashion an object representing that part of themselff and hate it violently, this object is often a person

or perhaps ted offered him sexual favors for ban ? all foods for thoughts

I had no idea Carp had such a criminal record. This explains so much!

I agree entirely: we radical centrists should support each other!

I guess the Golden Rule worked back when people actually believed in it, rather than quoting it as a feel-good platitude. To an extent I believe in the Bruce Lee quote (“Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them”) even if the likelihood of admission is increasingly remote, as it seems like the next-best thing…

I don't believe in FORGIVENESS, I believe in ATONEMENT. Like if somebody hurts me, we're going to calculate the financial magnitude of their mistake, and until I'm compensated adequately with that amount of goods and/or services they owe me. But the point is that as harsh as that punishment may be for them, I'll make it way more expensive for them to try NOT paying me.

You chose a murder as the example for your post, so how exactly would you expect a murderer to atone? I don't see how, short of perhaps a life sentence or committing suicide – and either way, what worse consequence WOULD you threaten if they refuse?

Are you really so unimaginative that you can't imagine a fate worse than death?
